Andrew Groat is an NASM-certified personal trainer operating exclusively in private, residential settings across Rancho Santa Fe and greater North County San Diego. His practice is built on a singular principle: the body you inhabit at 70 is largely determined by the decisions — and the training — you invest in between 40 and 65.

Working with a select number of clients at a time, Andrew develops individualized programming that accounts for your medical history, lifestyle demands, and long-term health objectives. No group classes. No distractions. No compromises — and no waiting rooms.
